so.. there is a set of wires that go to the heater switch.. two brown ones and a small black one with a red stripe on it.. anyone know where it goes? also on the dome and door switch lights.. im using a 12 volt drill battery to test the lights and stuff.. when ever i hook up the hot side to the white wires off the switch it acts like it has a short.. it sparks but no lights.. do these wires hook up to a constant hot or is my drill battery just not enough to give it a real test? i wish there was a harness out there that replaced everything in your factory wiring.. like a plug and play thing. there are quite a few wires to splice and you got to use your noggin alot if youre trying to get everything working perfectly.. if some one made a harness that just plugged right up with no soldering or splicing and was already cut to length and loomed id pay the money..haha..

The wires for the heater are not factory colors. Maybe they go to heater resister? On the dome lights, the white wire is the ground, through the switch.

M&H and americanauto wire make harnesses that are plug and play. They are exact copies of the factory harness.

The brown wire is power for AC panel only. If you do not have AC then it is not used. The white wire is ground for dome light. Apply power to the Bat terminal on the fuse panel, ground the white wire, lights should come on.
