hoping someone could help me with a plug choice for my 468, 10.5 comp aluminum heads,248/256 602/622 hyd cam. heads are canfield 310's ,and they recomend a autolite 3924 for ( starters) never liked a autolite plug so i had napa cross them to a ac delco plug ( FR1LS). is this plug suitable for my app ? is it hot, cold, in between ? car seems to run good, just would like to know where i should be in the heat range of plugs that fit. i'm guessing i gave enough info ?

The autolites are very good plugs alot here with alum head BB run the 392X series if you dont want autolite go NGK 5671A-7 with your combo that heat range will be very close for your combo .maybe -8 at track gap .045 these are good cut back electrode plugs I run Autolite AR 3935 on street same heat range and electrode style as the -7 NGK
AC Delco 43TS is close too, slightly warmer not sure if they cut back I'd go the Autolite or NGK before the AC 43TS but all three will work

I had ac delco 43 on my Brodix RR and had a problem with them fouling. Took the auto Parts store recomendation of switching to Auto Lite 26s wich is a the same as the ac delco 46 and haven't had any problems/detonation I gapped my plugs at .045 as well

Autolites are great plugs. I used the 3924's in a set of AFR heads I used to own, and I run 24's in my current Dart Iron Eagles. No problems whatsoever.
