My car has a problem with the above molding.
The ends near the qtr glass are scratching the qtr window glass because it is improperly installed. I think it should meet up with the chrome that runs above the felt of the quarter window and look as one unit. As it stands the molding is passing it by an inch or so on each side therefore scratching the glass. Does anyone know how it should be corrected. Does anyone know what the hell I am talking about? Thanks in advance for your help. http://www.chevelles.com/forum/frown.gif

Are the screws missing? The ends of the pinchweld chrome should be screwed to the inside of the body and be well out of the way of the glass, and the chrome should run into the window fuzzy chrome trim as you figured.

It looks like it is screwed in...but overshot the window fuzzy chrome.. Do you know how I should correct that. Do I go at it from inside the car where the windows are
or do I remove the well molding. If the well molding is too long do I cut it or cut the window fuzzies?

Thanks in advance for your quick response.
