Hey guys whats up? I was thinking of repainting the car but I am not totally sure what color paint job I want to get. Right now it is a dull red with the vinyl top. Also, the interior will be redone in black vinyl from Year One(to match the top).

I was just wondering to see if anyone here had a chevelle with a vinyl top in anything besides red? If anyone has any pics of their chevelle with a vinyl top, then I would love to see it.

See the bodyshop update in my sig, you may change your mind about the vinyl top. Otherwise Cranberry Red with black top looks good. Mine was Asto blue and looked ok. Black on black with black interior would be cool too.
Search the site and hit on the sigs of other 70 owners, there are quite a few color combo's.

I struggled between cortez silver and fathom blue with the black vinyl. Blue won 'kuz it was her color from the factory!
I still have a ways to go but know deep down it was the right choice.

See my signature. The car is Royal Plum, with black interior and black top. Marina Blue also looks great with a black top.
