It's been discussed quite a few times before, but I remembered reading a post that I can't find with a search - it mentioned using some mild steel rod as a reinforcement around the wheel lip and using it as a template to trim back the lip itself?

Does anyone know the post I'm thinking of? Or am I imagining posts?
