Hey everyone I was wondering who has ordered interior parts from NPD?I recieved a quote from them on interior items for my 1970 Chevelle(seat covers etc).I thought they were very helpful and friendly to deal with but I am mostly concerned about the quality of the parts. If anyone has ordered seat covers from them could you please tell me how happy you are with there product. If there are not that great I guess I will try Year one. Thanks for the input everyone!

NPD, Year One, numerous others...all sell the same product which are interior kits actually manufactured by PUI.

I"ll second that if you need new front bucket seat buns NPD have the best. Iam sure someone else sells the same on that too.

yes, but which buns do you get for a 70? the ones with hog ring bolsters or non? It depends on the covers you have? some need extra hog rings in the middle in addition to the sides?

I don't know about the buns ,I guess Iam going to be the odd ball because I just ordered seat covers from NPD for a front bench seat!! Seems to be alot less work and expense than converting to buckets and console.

There are 2 companies that make good replacement upholstery and they are PUI and Distinctive. There are some other custom high end ones that I do not know much about. I would avoid shopping on price alone as some of the online stores offer some pretty unsuitable products. Stick with the known good stuff.
