I recently purchased a front bumper from Ground Up at a swap meet and upon inspection it appeared fine. After installation {careful} I atempted to wipe off fingerprints and noticed sparkles in the air. Upon further inspection I noticed that the chrome was peeling off in three areas. I only used a dry cloth, no water or anything else. Has anyone dealt with Ground up and if so what are my next steps? I took photos and was thinking about e-mailing them to them with a call. How are they to deal with in this type of matter? :confused:

Poor re-chroming job> the faster you get it back to them, the better. I'd try one more from them before asking for my $$$ back and going somewhere else!

That is a unacceptable chrome send it back ASAP
