Still learning about this 64 I bought. This photo is of a resistor or something below the horn relay. Do all years have this? Never noticed it on my 69 elky before. What exactly does it do???

Next is some type of junction block or breaker on the firewall. Could this be for the power windows? I think I saw a breaker in this area in the assembly manual, but I thought it was for a convertible power top or something.

The resistor is the shunt resistor for the ammeter. Used on the 64 gage car only. Someone recently found a repo source for them but before that they were hard to find.
The second is probably for your power windows. Not 100% sure because I don't have that on my 64 and don't have power windows.

Thanks for the help, John. I'll try to trace down the firewall connector to see what it serves.

The second one is for the power windows if you have them. I have a 64 with power windows and that is where the circuit breaker for the power windows was.
