Hey Guy's,

A friend of mine that just got a 69 is looking to get a set of Wheel Well Moldings. Where is the best place to get either a set of NOS, or a good quality set of Reproductions ? I see a lot of the catalogs and web Chevelle parts places list them, but I am seeing quite a swing in prices. He doesn't mind spending a little more as long as they are good quality. What are your experiences ?

Thanks, Garry

Garry, tell him to be prepared to spend about $400 for NOS. I've heard that the repos might not fit too well but have no first hand experience with them.

fronts will fit like a glove, the rears you will only get one set of body lines the front or the rear but not both without some creative cutting and bending. 100 bucks for the repops, as previously mentioned 400 + for the NOS ones. JN

yep, the rear ones really dont fit nice, but you cant really tell unless you are looking for it. no ones ever noticed them on my 68 except for me of course

We put aftermarket quarters on our '72 Lemans Sport. We had quite a time making the ORIGINAL trim fit the wheel wells. Perhaps this is the reason that so many people have fit problems. Poor quality aftermarket parts don't help either.
