Ive had a little experence with body work and i dont think im half bad. The last car i did the body work to and painted turned out prety well, which is why im going to do the work on the velle. What would be the best way to go about removing this dent?

I would pull the door panel off and get to it from the inside. when I was in the bodywork business I had combine spike (rounded tip) welded to a 12" steel rod. I would use on areas like that where you couldn't get a body hammer to. use a dolly on the outside and tap the dent out from the inside.
