Hello, new to the forum - long time Chevelle lover and owner.
Recently, started to restore my '69 SS and cannot remember how the
interior qtr trim panels and how they attach to the body. There is the single screw at the door jam that goes through the weatherstrip, the rubber bumper and the sheet metal - ?? but how do they overlap ? Thanks, Mike

You hang the interior rear panel from the top lining up the window crank hole and then the front vinyl edge is glued to the door jamb flange and covered up with the door jam windlace. Not much holds it in till the rear seat goes in and traps it againist the body panel.
