As our 64 project nears completion, the passenger door is giving me fits with the "Bubble up" rust coming at the door seam about 1 inch from the back edge primarily in the lower door. What works to fix this problem? I have patched previous small places and put rust stop in the door. Am I looking at a cut and weld job on the door?

Hi Larry. Hate to a berer of bad news, BUT
yeas its a cut and weld job. This is a common problem and a cut out weld is the ONLY
lasting fix.
