: Wrist pins ... clean ....clean

While assembling my new KB's on these Scat rods (floating) ...I found the the wrist pin(s) centers, in need of a good cleaning, out of the box. I'd paid attention to the outer surface, but almost overlooked checking the inner. Cleaning the insides might be "automatic" to a frequent builder, which I am not, ... but looks alone, can be deceiving. Run a solvent'd piece of cloth through the centers, and see what comes out. Just another potential area, for an amateur, like me, to miss. Hope this can also help somone else.
