Im repainting my 70 ss, I have noticed that inside the drip moulding area( between roof and chrome) it is bumpy and uneven, is that
a caulk or a weld or just body work done from
before?
Need help on this one!

i believe it is seam sealer if it is as old as the car it should remove with a scrapper
