I just got done welding in some patches above the rear wheel well. After I had the metal cut out and a lip bent into the wheel well I still had a sharp edge from the cutting wheel on the sheet metal that was bend in to the wheel well. What is the best way to round off that edge of the sheet meatl that is expossed to the elements so it will take paint the best?

Roloc wheels 3M # 07456 work great for that. They "cut" the metal a little but leave no grinder marks. Very, very good tool to have for metal work.
