Is this an easy task? I would like to take them off to paint them if its not to difficult.

Personally, I would leave them on there. Mask off the area you do not want paint to get on and go to town. Mine were painted when the rest of the car was painted.

I took a look at them last night and decided that I will leave them on and paint them. I was going to paint them when I did the rest of the car, but didn't want to risk maybe a dry spot or run on the back glass filler panel trying to paint around them. Basically just didn't want to paint around them. Thanks
