Rick, it was good to meet you and the others on Sat. Can you tell me who was who again so I can keep track of everyone I met form here? Sorry we didn't get to chat more, I was kinda focused on the FC.

I had to laugh when you drove by to say goodbye... I had a chance to stroll down the show car lane when we first arrived. I stopped to ogle exacly ONE car! Can you guess which one? Very, very nice car, man! I should have known it was yours.

The pics look great! It was good to finally meet you. Ricks 67 always draws a great crowd. Hope you get the fan issue resolved soon so we can meet up at another cruise.

Wanted to get out to the event but had other plans that took priority. Was the Rolling Stone FC there?

No that funny car wasn't there. The last time I made it out there was 2 yrs. ago and I remember more funny cars being there. There is a funny car that isn't too far away from me and I was surprised they weren't there. The four that were there did a great job putting on a show and ran great. The top fuel cars sounded great and ran great too. Gotta love the sound of a old style top fuel car.

They had 2 awesome blown gasser cars there too. But the tops was the blue and white 55 Chevy that was pulling wheelies every run. On his last pass he had the back bumper draging the track and hit second gear and never dropped the front end till he got close to the centerline. He had to have been close to 1/2 way down the track when he brought the car down.

Rick PMed me the following message about 5 minutes ago.
"At northwestern Lehigh school they have "night in the country" It's a cruise that gets a good car count, and they have lots of food and childrens games some adult too, bingo, 2 bands playing (country & rock) and then at about 10:00 they have a great fireworks display.
It's about 10 miles north of macungie on route 309. As far as I know Dan is comming up and Judy, Earl and Sandy are going to meet him at the WAWA on route 100 and Shantz road about 3:30. Thought I'd let you."

I may be able to make it. I will know for sure on Friday.
