Hey Guys i need some help. I have a 69 Chevelle with front drum brakes, what year of chevelle monte carlo or olds cutlass buick GS etc will the spindles fit off of? How different are GM spindles, do they need to be from 68-72 0nly or will other control arms fit as well off of these cars?

Chevelle and other GM A bodies up through 72. Nova and other GM X bodies up to 74. Camaro/Firebird up though 69. This spindle design will bolt right in. Look for the single piston caliper, which is the "later" design, much more common and parts are still available. The key parts you need for this swap are the spindle and caliper bracket, basically everything else can be had at a good parts store.
There are other factory brake options off of later chassis designs that can be made to work but they require modified ball joints and often different control arms. Do a search and/or post over on the Pro Touring section to learn more about these modifications.
