Is the panel between the 1/4 extensions and beneath the trunk lid on my 69 supposed to be flat black or a semi-gloss? Also, is it the same black as the hood bottom? Is the entire panel supposed to be black, or just between the two stainless mouldings? The car will be Cortez Silver. Any pics would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The panel between the quarter extensions and between the two aluminum mouldings is a semi-gloss black. The black should go between the mid point of each moulding. Above and below the mouldings will be silver. The black will also go into the recess between the mouldings and the qtr panel extensions.
