Has anyone ever done or heard of converting a ls6 intake to a bbc?

I guess you mean the "new" style SBC LS6 ???

Or he could also mean converting a sq port LS6 intake to a lrg oval port head BBC.

But he is not reffering to the LS6 as a BBC so i am not sure what he wants either.

He seems a little confused when he used the term LS6 since they do come in 2 flavors now 1st being the 70 LS6 454/450hp and the 2nd being being the newest LS6 motor design for i think Vette's only or Vette's & Camaros before they were defunked from what i understand but could be wrong on this.

I am talking about the new style Ls6 intake for fuel injection.

Look, I figure that sure, it can be done if you want to redrill the deck if the head bolt pattern doesn't line up!

And then make everything top-end fit properly!

I want to do the same thing to an old L-48, 350 cast-iron motor's top-end by installing an LS- top-end BUT I don't have the money OR the machine shop to do it right!!

I want to PROVE GM wrong for obsoleting the greatest SB made!!

I honestly believe that they should have made a standard head-bolt pattern LS- type head, even if they had to install bolts through the intake ports and then add intake port top plugs like we do when it call's for it to be done!!
