Gentlemen, I love my 1969 Malibu convertible, but I am sick of being stuck to it, or arriving at my destination wet. Does anybody know if there is a replacement or really good seat cover that could be used to alter the interior? Optimally, it would include a cover for the back seat to match up. Thanks R.B.

I am looking at an old Year One catalog that shows seat covers with the cloth inserts. For a set of front and rears, the price in '98 was $519 for black and a bit more for color. Maybe a visit to an upholstery shop for a price quote would be in order.

Year One had them a while ago, but I now when I looked, I couldn't find them on their site. You might want to call them and ask.

I had all my seats redone with new foam at a local shop in 98 for a little more than 400. Hit the local shops.
