Hey guys since Ive done this convert to make my front end a 70' Im almost done. Im trying to mount the extensions on with some new holes. When I line the left one up against the fender to where it looks right, when you stand back it looks like it's tipped down a hole inch on the right side, if I pull it up so it looks level it doesnt line up with the fender, the right side isnt really a problem. Im thinking either the used radiator support is bent? Or the little piece of steel that mounts the bottom of the fender to the bottom of the inner fender and rad. support is in the wrong hole, im not sure though. Im running out of ideas

If I grab the top of the radiator support, right behind the radiator extension and pull it towards me it's straight. But this is whats wierd, then the hole to mount the radiator support to the fender intself dont line up. It doesnt make sence

I think I got it. Maybe I forgot a washer or something under the rad. support somewhere. If it were about 3/4" taller on the left side it would pull the fender a little bit higher and would line up right.

you can shim the core supt with washers to make up for slight frame twist or a sag condition, just make sure your bumper has enough adjustment to get in alignment with the sheetmetal.
