Hey Guys,
I got new weatherstripping for the 65. Ive been installing it and its been going fine. I hit a snag though. I can't get the roof rail stuff to install. Its Metro if thats got anything to do with it. Got any tricks or tips for me to get this part installed?
The channel is cleaned out spotless and I've tried it a couple different ways. Whats the catch?
Thanks in Advance!

You shouldnt have a problem at all with it. Whats it doing? I never even use any adhesive on the ones we do. Put the backside in first and then push the side facing the door in, sometimes I use a paint stir to help the lip into the chanel. Nothing to it.

Well, I tried putting the end of it in the front of the channel and sliding it in from the front. That was a no go so I decided to try and sorta "push" it in the channel.(putting one lip of the strip in one side of the channel then popping the other side under) I just cant seem to get it to go. hmmm, I guess I should just keep working at it? I've tried 4 different times now getting fed up with it all after about an hour of pushing and prodding at it, cant even get a little bit of it in. http://www.chevelles.com/forum/confused.gif
