I recieve my seat brakets for my procar scat seats. They wont bolt in. Also there is supposed to be left and right brakets but they look exactly the same.

When I ordered the brakets from summit I hope I ordered the correct ones. My car says it was originaly A51 = Front Bucket seat, astro type.
Is that something special or should it have used the same brakets as any other bucket seats?

Ok. False alarm it was my fault. I looked again and I realized I ordered the wrong brakets. I still wonder about them though since they look the same for both sides.

I have a bench-seat original '69 Malibu that I fitted with Scat Elite buckets. The brackets they sent me were different for each side. They were supposed to be bolt-in adaptors -- they ended up being everything but. They eventually worked but with added time and expense. I'd recommend universal brackets as you're going to have to do some creative work anyhow.

They seats, however, are fantastic. Good luck.

I finally got my new brackets they were on back order. They came in at different times so I did not compare them to each other. The passenger side seat sits just slightly crooked. It is very hard to see matter of fact my girlfriend cant see it. It looks like it is swiveld just a little counter clockwise. I can also feel it while sitting in it. I showed it to a buddy and he did not think any thing of it till I pointed it out. But overall they look very nice and the correct brackets did make it a bolt in.
