I am going thru a initiation at work and one of the things I have to bring is 100, $1.00 bills consecutivley numbered. Do banks normally have this available?

My wife did, for many years. Hated it by the way. When they get a shipment of new money from the mint they are still in order. Whether they have those on the day you arrive and ask is the question, and they are not likely to tell you what day that might be for fear you are a robber. Also, you'd have to find someone nice enough to go get them out of the back unless they happen to be giving them out already. You may have to go to a lot of different banks/credit unions to get those.

I hope this involves women whose clothes 'fall' off when in sight of such an amount of green paper. ;)

go directly to the bank manager, tell him your story, it might take a day or two, but he'll get a new bundle for you. it's been years, but i had to do this back when i worked in restaurants, if we suspected theft we would get a bundle, copy the serial #'s. now you say, you could do that with regular $, but consecutive #'s in court are indisputable evidence. judge always loved the stories the perps tried to tell, explaining how they ended up with so many consecutive bills in thier possession. i do not remember how many singles come in a bundle, and maybe that's where the problem might arise, finding two bundles, that go back to back. good luck...
