I can't get the bulb out. The signal works if you press in on the bulb?

You could cut the wires and put in a new socket and bulb. If the bulb has a metal base, you could break it and pull the base out with needle nose pliers (w/o power to it). But that might not help if the socket is the problem.

press in on the bulb lightly and turn bulb a little to the left to pull it out, if the bulb breaks off the base then use some pliers to the same removal of the light bulb base.
