I am a complete rookie at wiring. What harness (DASH & ENGINE) should I buy for a 67 SS ?

Depends on what you need. For replacement harnesses, there are engine, foward lamp, dash, and rear are the major ones. There are smaller ones also depending on options like console and A/C.
