what is the easiest way to get enough clearance to remove the cam in a 327 out of a 1967 chevelle? with radiator and hood latch removed, still about 2 inches shy. Deciding on removing front bumper and skirt vs. loosing motor mounts and trying to shift engine. Just looking for the easiest way. Thanks

The easiest way is to pull the engine.

Just was trying to keep from having to move car to a shop. Trying to use what I have.....2nd easiest way maybe?

Well, if you don't want to move the engine you simply have to remove anything that is still in the way such as the grill, bumper, valance, etc. By the time you are done, it will have been a lot easier to have pulled the engine. Sorry to sound like a broken record.
