I am doing some body work on a fender that I have on a body stand, (the common stand with the chains that hold it together, and have pipe foam on the cross bars).
Anyway When I try to put the dolly under it and apply presure it lifts the fender off the stand, or even worse when I try to sand the mud with my 17" long sand board the fender (and stand sometimes) move all over the place since I need both hands on the sander board graemlins/angry.gif
How can I secure the fender without damaging it any further than the crash did? I have even considered bolting it back on the car by a few bolts to keep it stationary but I can probably work the mud better when it is flat on it's side right?
