Are solid moroso motor mounts shorter than poly ones?

they would have to be the same height or nothing else would fit right. There were some good discussions on this not to long ago and opinions on doing both engine and trans.

Well my 64 ss that I bought the gut had a 350 in it and had the exhaust put on it.It is just stock manifolds and flowmasters.My prblem is that I dropped my383 and th400 in tonite and the manifold on the drivers side is hitting the steering shaft.a/ur1c[
=m2`03!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Any thoughts??????

I have found that you really need to watch the manufacture of your motor mounts. A quality item will have the same dimensions as OEM parts. I have found many so-called performance parts from un-named manufactures to be built all wrong when they claimed it was for my year of vehicle!

I have a thought,put new stock mounts in it.
I have a set of morosos hangin in the garage,these are some of the reasons they are still hanging there!
