13311 L6 300 Deluxe 2-dr sedan ~ 9,176 reported; about 7.87% of reported L6 Chevelles
13411 V8 300 Deluxe 2-dr sedan ~ 3,005 reported; about .91% of reported V8 Chevelles
Total 12,181 300 Deluxe 2-dr sedans or about 2.72% of all 66 Chevelles.
No way to know how many are left but it's not something you see everyday. BTW, the 131/13211 300 2-dr sedan had only a slightly higher production figure of 13,603. Can't help with mini-tubbing but you may get some replies in the Performance forum.

So not quite 26,000 2-door post cars produced (300 and 300 Deluxe), but since they were generally less desireable models than the 2-door hardtops, most likely a larger percentage got crushed, etc... There don't seem to be too many left, based on what's "for sale" and what is typically seen at shows or even driving around... Many "specific" parts are hard to find too...
I literally GAVE one away about 10 years ago with a very nice body and a clean title... Kick myself all the time for that one (of course, I did strip almost everything off it that I could)...
Mini-tubbing... The inner wheel wells are easy to replace or move inboard slightly, but the frame will need to be notched (and reinforced) for any benfit... With the stock tubs, the tires rub the frame almost as much as the inner tub, even when lowered ( I think my frame still has the marks to prove it), so not much to gain (1/16+"?) by just "mini-tubbing"...
