Would anyone happen to have the factory measurements for SS stripes. Thanks!

Guess you'll have to check the assembly manual

I'm not an expert on this although here are the stripe dimensions obtained from the assembly manual and from the SS restoration guide. I don't believe it mattered which factory the car was built to get the different sizes. The assembly manual provides a good illustration of the dimensions listed. The SS restoration guide states that the dimensions were changed in the first week of April 1970. Cars with build date before 04 A 70 (1st week of Apr)should use the 1st set of dimensions and cars with a later build date should use the 2nd set of dimensions. Translates to W I D E stripes before 1st week of Apr 70 and thinner (~1" less) after 1st week of Apr 70.

MR70 may have additional information regarding the stripe sizes and change dates. I've had previous discussions on this subject with Rick_Nelson also.
