I found that I can buy a gallon of naptha for $6.99 where as I pay $15 for a gallon of reducer. Could this be used for cleaning the gun out after painting (enamel paint) rather than wasting the reducer?

Go to walmart and get the $1.97 Paint thinner. Cuts enamel, be sure and run some reducer thru before using the gun again.

I buy 5 gallons of Nason (dupont) laquer thinner for about $20 at the paint supply store for cleanup.

A buddy left a gallon of that naptha out at my house a while back,what is that stuff anyway? :confused: And,the question is can you use it to clean guns,and paint off???
