Not sure if the TVS uses the tall spindles or not... Tall spindles are no longer the best choice for the money...
Maybe try SC&C for the front setup... Seem to be a pretty good geomentry for a decent price... They utilize the stock spindles, so maybe check with Wilwood to see what brakes they offer for those spindles...
There are also many brake kits available for 12"+ front rotors adapted to "stock" spindles...
Some companies like Touring Classics and Kore3 offer C5 Corvette brake swaps as a bolt-on for older cars using the stock spindles and hubs (turned down slightly to fit in the rotors)... These are about $800+ for a front setup with cross-drilled rotors, etc... about $550+ for the rears...

Unless you are planning a MAJOR drop a 2" drop spindle is too much. You achieve more geometry benefits by drop springs-- at least until the lower ball joint is even with the inner pivot point, at that point it is detrimental to lateral scrub if you go any lower on the springs. If the car isn't low enough for you at that point then drop spindles AND the spring drop is a good approach.
