Does anybody here know how to decode this trim tag from a Corvair? Or know of a forum like this for Corvairs where I could get it decoded?

Some of the info is 'universal' to GM I'd think.
VIN looks like year, model, plant, sequence number (1962, 09xx is trim level, 67 is convertible, W is Willow Run, 247752 sequence number that probably started with 100001 being it's an April car)

Body Plate
04C - April 3rd week
62 - year
0967 - see above
W - Willow Run
2550 - Fisher Body unit number
795 - don't have info on 62 Corvair trim colors
900-9 - 900 is Tuxedo Black in 1962 and -9 could represent convertible top color
The rest are accessory codes. Can't help but maybe the forum listed above can answer. :)
