: Heater/ AC controls - confused! okratpack Jul 24th, 06, 12:35 PM I have two control units that came with my 67 Chevelle Malibu. The car is a factory AC car and I am trying to return it to that. Both controls were out of the car. One is 4 lever with a seperate fan switch and the other is just 3 levers. The smaller of the two fit in the dash but I am under the impression that the larger one if for AC and not the smaller one?? Can I use the smaller 3 lever one for AC? If it will not fit in the dash then you have a non A/C dash, is there a center vent opening in the top dash strip? okratpack Jul 25th, 06, 12:38 PM is there a center vent opening in the top dash strip? No. No opening. Is there any way to modify the dash I have to accept AC? If not where do I get a dash? I have seen several on ebay but they are for a 66 not 67 and the steering colum opening is different. Thanks Stacy | ||
