My drivers side door sags alittle and when i close it i have to lift up on the door to close it properly. I was wondering if i should get new hinges or just rebuild them.

I suggest rebuilding what you have. The rebuild kits are reasonably priced & relatively easy to install.

I purchased some new hinges for mine & a couple were sloppier than my old units. I ended up rebuilding.
