You have a lot of work ahead of you. Some of the suppliers have one piece pans available, which would be a lot easier to install than a dozen pieces. I don't know if they are available for your year....most of the big money is in the 68-72 model years. I would suggest doing an internet search for "restoration parts for Chevelle". By including the parenthesis, you should only get parts for your car, not everyone out there. Good luck...if I come across anything of help, I will post it for you.

Hey Taz,
Get the bigggest pices possible. I bought the four piece pans and it was alot of welding.

Well, I haven't found any one piece floor pans, but there are 2 piece pans available. If you need the pans under the back seat and the trunk, they are available also. You will need to replace the original braces too. If you need everything, there is a vendor on eBay with a complete kit for $720.00 plus shipping.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on page 4. Actually he isn't all that far from you.....in Northeastern IN. If you have a pickup and a day to travel, it may be cheaper than truck freight. Good luck !!!

Agreed with getting the biggest pieces possible. And I do know that one piece pans have recently became available for some year Chevelles.

Check out Gary Harmon's Chevrolet Resotration World in Huber Heights Ohio for the best prices in the area. http://www.chevroletrestorationworld.com

I hope you can weld and have a mig welder. If not, time for night class, and a trip to the local welding supply house....unless you have the bucks to pay a body shop to do it. I don't even want to think of what they would chargem.
