What regulates this shift-a governor or the TV cable? Reason I'm asking is that I've been working on mine, and THINK i've got it all dialed in using bowtieoverdrives.com web site.

WOT corresponds to full TV cable extension, idle corresponds to minimum cable setting, shift points at light and medium throttle seem to be spot on!

Problem I'm having is that under WOT, 1-2 upshift is fine. 2-3 doesn't occur unless I back off the gas. Even rolling along in 4th, I can ease into it, it'll downshift into 3rd, then when I go WOT, it drops to 2nd (at over 5500 rpm-ouch!). Any suggestions?
