I have busted my 350 for the second time, this time I believe it is toasted for real. I need some help on how to rebuild it. I want to do it myself. Does anyone have any documentation on breakdown, rebuild, specs etc.. Im on a very low budjet and cant even afford a manual thats worth here in Canada over $50. I have bought a complete high perf rebuild kit with high perf. clutches and bans. valve body upgrade for full manual etc.. any help would be appreciated!

I'd suggest Ron Session's book on the TH350. I forget the title but "The Turbo Hydro 350 Handbook" comes to mind. It shows the complete teardown and rebuild. Well worth the $15 it sells for here in the US. I think you will run in to problems if you don't have a decent manual to work from.
