I am currently mocking up my C5 brakes for the front of my 70 Malibu. I so far have the calipers and rotors (hubs and brackets being machined), my question is, what size wheel studs should I use for the swap. Also - what brake hoses do I need and will the drum brake line brackets on the frame work with them? Any other recommendations?

Anyone have any input?? Will 97 Camaro front hoses work and if so from what model Camaro??

I haven't done the swap myself but since everyone else seems to be asleep on this one maybe I can point you in the right direction. www.scandc.com, www.bigbrakes.net, and www.kore3.com all sell C5 components and could probable help. I've only dealt with Savitske Classic & Custom (scandc.com). They are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable and are always on this site dishing out advice. Good luck.

I put C4's on my 64 Special and used the Corvette hoses. The Camaro's were kind of long.
