Hey Clark, how much did you have to pay for your goodmark quarters, shipping and all? I was lucky on my 68 Chevelle it came from the south and still has the original quarters. The car is nice and straight. But next year or the year after Ill be stripping mine down to bare metal like I did a few years back on my 69SS,before I paint it. Have you decided on a color for your 68? Basecoat/clearcoat ? I put quarters on my 69 Chevelle Malibu 4 years ago and was real pleased with them and how they turned out. I drove to Sundell Auto Specialties in Slippery Rock,PA. and got mine. They were $125.00 each then. Saved myself a huge amount in truck freight charges. ----------------------------------------- 1968 Chevelle Malibu (Weekend Cruiser) 1969 Chevelle Malibu (Daily Driver)

I forgot to mention Clark, I used the POR-15 also on my entire floor on my 68 Chevelle Malibu. I liked the POR-15 Silver the best. It really highlights the entire floor well, and that way you can easily see what its doing. Mark

I paid about 125 each. heres the best tip I can give ya, when you replace the quarter... replace the outer wheel well at the same time. The fit is so much better and it gives you more steel around the well lip to weld up. Also, tack weld every 3-4 inches so it doesn't warp. I have pics but it'll be awhile till I can find a scanner to post. anymore help email clark_packer@hotmail.com
I'll respond asap but that might be a few days. graemlins/beers.gif
