No such thing. I don't know of any for a aftermarket CD player.

Um... Why would you have to cut any wires? Take a look at your fuse panel. There are these little Spade connectors there that allow you to tap right off the fuse panel w/o cutting anything.

Connect one wire to a Switched 12Volt spade- one to a Constant 12 volt spade.
Make your self a new ground wire and attach it to the metal frame under the dash somewhere. Connect these wires up to your new radio and you are ready to blast some tunes.
