17Again Jul 17th, 06, 3:21 AM http://www.chevelles.net/oregon/
Well it's a week away, and I have been thrashing all weekend to get my car back together, so hopefully I'll be done in time. Regardless, I'll be working the registration/entry gate all morning. Any NW folks planning on attending?
Rob
I'm kicking sand on Saturday and working on Sunday.
Gazzer Jul 17th, 06, 9:24 AM Hi Rob,
At this point, Mindy and I are planning on going. I hope you get your 70 done so I can see what you have done to it...
It's always pretty cool to see so many nice Chevelle's in one place :D

RAMBO Jul 18th, 06, 6:35 PM Looks like we are leaving rediculously early for the trip down... 8:30 in the morning... I guess the yesterdays guys are wanting to stop in centralia or somwhere for a long lunch...
So you guy are having a pre-show bbq the night before right? :-)
Dave Jul 18th, 06, 7:08 PM Where is Canby? Might try to talk the wife into driving down.

Ben,
Saturday afternoon is a BBQ, we are also raiding all the local stores for bottled water as the temps are going to be high. We switch from June because of rain and now we have record heat, oh well I got a pool at my house, and AC.
Dave,
there are two ways to get to Canby. It is located south of Portland. If you take I-205 down to Oregon City then exit and head south on Hwy 99E about 6-8 miles you can't miss it.
The other option is I-5 through downtown Portland, then continue south about 12-15 miles to the Canby/Aurora exit just south of Wilsonville. Its a little more complicated that way.
Do a Map Quest on "Clackamas County Fairgrounds" and it should give you the best options.
Gary,
I haven't done anything completly different, just a lot of detail work. I have to mount the front motor Accessories tonight, hook up the drive shaft, and engine gauges. Start it up check for leaks then clean the hell out of it for the next few days.

gotago Jul 18th, 06, 10:55 PM I was planning on going but I am TDY and have been extended 2 weeks. Every darn show this year is during a point when I'm gone.:(
sixredsoxfans Jul 21st, 06, 4:57 PM Haven't missed one yet. Heat or rain, this is the best show around!
Change of plans. I gotta be there to pick up some parts  can't stay too long though, gotta work that night.
Paul Lower SoCal Jul 22nd, 06, 1:31 AM We are arriving at the host hotel Saturday afternoon. We have come up from San Diego and visiting relatives in Seattle. But you know this car show was the focal part of our trip. I sure hope the a/c in the hotel rooms work good! We don't have heat like this in Lower SoCal.
webfoot Jul 22nd, 06, 1:54 AM I was planning on bringing my car up, but it wont be ready to make the trip up. I've been gone for awhile and not had any chance to work on the car.
I hope all the cars' cooling systems are up to snuff...
RAMBO Jul 22nd, 06, 3:17 AM Well, we are heading out first thing tomorrow morning! See you all there.
I'll be the guy in a 2004 F150 with a Team Chevelle Sticker in the rear window crusing along with a bunch of elcaminos!
