Then it all started with Team Chevelle and that darn Horse Power but bit me and I grew sick with visions of 1/4 mile times and tire smoke in my head at nights, even as I was day dreaming through college.

So it has been as I put it: My recipe =

"I open the wallet and dump it upside down and shake it" then "I shake it some more till only lint falls out." "I then wait a few months/years and repeat as un-necessarily as needed."

I personally believe that this affliction is genetic in some type or it is acquired by simply being near those with the affliction. Hang around long enough and it gets worse, it may go into remission where it is dormant for years but it always comes back. I plan on passing it along to all my children and if possible to others like my neices and nephews. I also can come up with crazy insane ways to some how justify it in my mind thus I run off and try to convince the wife she also needs to share the bug and agree with me. Never really works out for her but she is kind enough to indulge me in my quest/insanity.

So pass it on. Do your part smoke the hydes of your car and let those youngins listen to the lope of the cam, ejoy the aroma of premium gas being burned rapidly, and the blessed tire smoke.

Nothing smells finer don't you agree? Now if the local police simply understood this. I think every community should have a designated drag area about 1 mile long for all to enjoy and as a treatment to our illness.

Maybe I can get some Psychologists, and some Pshychiatrists to diagnose our sickness so we can get our HMOs and PPOs, to cover the cost of slicks and premium gas.

I'n my crazy little world all this makes perfect sense. Foreign governments should not fight about pitty things we should just line up on the starting line and watch the X-mas tree and who ever wins gets to do their things for a set amount of time. With different classes for developing countries of course. I think lots of lives and money could be saved this way.

I guess I should shut up now as you can see I must be having a flare up of this disease and need my treatment of some spent fossil fuels and burnt rubber.

Peace,
Rob

Think of it this way; you're providing a service. People like to see an old muscle car, and hear a powerful engine. They just don't like paying for it.
