What do think? Can someone make them bigger? I found the rims on Craigslist and they were a mess. A lot of elbow grease, steel wool and Mothers polish cleaned them up. And yes....white letters out.

Are you talking about the slots? No, no way to widen them I know of. The rally wheels, Yes, I have a friend who cuts them, and welds in a band to widen them to your specifications, front spacing/back spacing.

There's a guy in NJ (Burlington I think - had his card here, have to look for it), he reworks any wheel whether steel or alum. Stopped in there one day on a whim, he was rebuilding a set of real magnesium wheels for a street rodder. This guy definitely does alum wheels and does a very good job of it.
