If I had a 1975 date coded M-20 and it had the same yoke on the driveshaft that the TH400 will use, will the driveshaft be reusable? I measured center to center 54 1/4." Now I did this with the jack under the pumpkin so I could get under...is this ok? The current driveshaft measures a tid bit shorter. Any ideas here?

It should be pretty close to the same length (T400 and Muncie), as long as the shaft doesnt bottom out against the tail housing with full up travel on the rear suspension and you have at least 2/3rds penetration on the output shaft. you'll be OK. -Skream

T400 is longer than either a T350 or a Muncie.
