I recently had my car hydroblasted (sand and water) and what I thought was bare metal is actually the original sealer. So far I've used the aircraft paint remover which is not phasing the sealer and a DA. The sand paper clogs up quickly on the DA and is very slow, theres got to be a better way. Suggestions?

Scrubbed mine down to bare metal with chemical stripper and steel wool.

What brand of stripper are you using?

I was using Aircraft paint stripper from Autozone. I went today and got some Norton 80 grit sandpaper and it seems to be coming off pretty good and it's not clogging up the paper.
