I have a 66 ss 396 chevelle and need to locate the interior entry hole for a front fender mounted antenna lead.

It's tucked up in the corner inside the car. Might pull the kick panel on that side to get to it better. Remember to have a rain tight seal where it goes through the cowl.

Thanks. I figured it was above the right kick panel but I need to get an a more precise location. I believe the old hole has been patched. Perhaps that is why I don't not see an access point.

yes I woulod need a picture. I am not sure where to drill the hole. Someone reported that the point of entry may be a place on the cowl. I am confused and a picture would be a great help.

Thanks so much. I now found the hole that allows the antenna wire down the fender. Next question. Where does the antenna wire enter the interior of the car. In other words, when I remove the kick plate where is the hole that allows the wire to enter the interior of the car. I am assuming the side panel should also have a hole to bring the wire inside the car. That is the picture I need next.

The first picture is the location of the hole where the wire passes inside the car. The viewing angle in this photo is up above the heater box, close to the underside of the window channel and inboard from the kick panel. You can also see the top view of this hole if you look carefully for it in the second photo.
