: Calling all Century Welder owners...

I have a chance to pick up a Century 105 for cheap. What it is missing is the tip and the spring on the inside of the cable is bent out of shape at the end. I think Lincoln bought out Century, so my question is where would I get parts for this welder should I buy it? Also, will the Lincoln MIG conversion kits work on the Century?

Thanks!

Go to a welding shop for answers.

I have a Century 105 and mine was set up for gas welding when new. This machine is about 6 to 8 years old. The torch is a Tweeko and has the coiled steel inner liner that should be available as a replacement from any welding supply house.

Thanks for the info Todd.

Do you have a picture of the inside of your welder? The one I'm looking at seems to have a hole in the back panel for a gas line, but I opened it up and didn't see where it would go. Does the gas solenoid go in the wire spool side of the welder or the transformer side?
